Tubular Chromoly upper and lower A-arms, uniball upper and balljoint lower. approx. 3 1/4" wider than stock, 13" of wheel travel. Comes with all mounting hardware, utilizing F911 bolts, and urathane bushings. With T-100, or modified axles this kit can still run 4wd.

 

UPPER ONLY

A bolt-in replacement upper arm that will work with comparable kits designed to run the 4wd axles. Uses a 1" uniball instead of a balljoint, adding strength, room, and even more travel in some cases. Can be made for coil-over or torsion bar applications.

IFS 4x4 +5 1/2 Kit

Tubular 4130 upper A-arms, Boxed lower a-arms, uniball upper and lower. 5 1/2" wider than stock, 19 1/2" of wheel travel. Comes with all mounting hardware, utilizing F911 bolts, and urathane OR Delron bushings.

This kit has never been tested with the 4wd installed, and its reccommended it only be run as a 2wd setup. Also, to run large tires (33, 35 +) the wheel wells and fiber glass will need to be cut back. Must be used with the ESB Fabrications steering kit ($800), as the stock geometry does not alow for full articulation, and has un-favorable bumpsteer that the ESB kit minimizes. This kit is designed to run a single 12"x2.5" coil over shock per side. No torsion bars.

 


 

Basic Steering Kits $300

Kits include 1" x .250" wall chromoly tie rods, 3/4" hiems, and 5/8" F911 bolts.

For any 85-95 IFS toyota, 2wd, or 4wd.

Full Steering Kits $800

Built as a replacement that will work with any stock-pivot point suspension system, designed to minimize bumpsteer, and be completely bullet-proof. Kits come with chromoly centerlink, idler arm, pitman arm, and of course, some billit 4130 tie rods with hiemed ends.

COMING SOON

In this section I'll post the new products in develoupment, and any pictures of them when they are being worked on. Any prices are approximated and subject to change. Please do not write me in regards to when these kits will be available. When they are available, it will be posted on here.

-2wd Toyota kits-

For '95 and earlier model 2wd toyota trucks (non tacoma). 3 kits are planned,basically ranging from 13" of travel to 20", something for everyone. Kits will be all uniball, use stock pivot pionts, and have some interesting new designs not seen in any other 2wd kits on the market. steering kits, lift spindles, and other products are also in develoupment to work with this kit.

-Upgraded 4wd kit-

The 19" kit will see a facelift, including a new design for the boxed lowers, as well as the most important aspect, a lift spindle. The spindle will cure the problem that plagues the 4wd toyota, the low underhang of the front crossmember, as well as being much stronger than stock.

-Motor mounts-

Motor mounts for all toyota pickups (yes...ALL) are in the works. If your model isnt made yet, bring me a stock set of mounts (in good cond.), and I'll build you a set.

-Tacoma-

Finnally, ESB will build the long-awaited Tacoma kits for the 4wd, prerunner, and 4 runner (all 6 lug tacomas). It will be designed to run 4wd axles from the Tundra, and use uniballs upper and lower. Stock rack and pinion will be used, and modifications will be develouped to deal with its limiting factors.
